Q. So, what happens after I book?
A. Great question! After booking your reservation you will receive an email confirmation from us about your upcoming ride.
Motown Mopeds reserves the right to approve all bookings.
● If denied for any reason your payment will be refunded in full.
Q. What forms do I have to fill out?
A. You will fill out our waiver in person at the shop. This must be signed before riding.
Q. Is there a weight limit?
A. If you weigh 320 lbs or more please do not book a rental! The weight capacity of the mopeds is 320 lbs. They will not operate correctly once this limit has been reached.
Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept debit or credit cards ONLY.
